With many different configurations, colors and specification options in powder coated steel, phenolic and solid plastic, combined with ADA and LEED compliance, Specialties Direct can satisfy the most discerning designer while meeting any end user's needs. Metal Lockers
SDI offers a large selection of single and multi-tiered metal lockers for all applications including schools, sport, military and commercial. Styles include traditional; traditional plus for more rugged applications; Competitor for more ventilation and visibility; Pro for easy access to uniforms and equipment; and angle frame when additional protection in rough environments is needed.
Solid Plastic Lockers
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) solid plastic lockers are ideal for indoor high-humidity applications, as these virtually maintenance-free lockers will never rust, rot, corrode or fade. They are durable, resistant to scratches and dents, moisture-resistant, rustproof and never in need of painting.
Phenolic Lockers
Phenolic black-core lockers are the material of choice when a high degree of design flexibility is desired or where durability and strength are required. These lockers are fabricated to stand the test of time. Available in the following styles: single-, double-, triple-, five-, six-tier doors and Z-Style Suit Locker. Color-thru phenolic colors are available upon request.
Cubbies
Cubbies are the ideal solution when non-locked, open storage is appropriate, such as in preschools, day care centers, churches, office supply/mail rooms, laundry rooms, and retail outlets. Cubbies are available in two styles: Lockers and Shelf. Both are available in high-density polyethylene (HDPE) — solid plastic — that makes them durable, resistant to scratches and dents, moisture-resistant, rustproof and never in need of painting. The Locker style is also offered in phenolic, when a higher degree of design flexibility is desired.
Locker Accessories
SDI can help you accessorize the lockers with built-in combination or key locks, slope hoods, bases, vertical fillers and recess trim.
Also available are benches in a choice of wood, phenolic or solid plastic tops and trapezoid or pedestal bases. Benches add welcome convenience and comfort to every locker room.
